It's not so much as I don't understand what's given, it's just not given! There's no directions =( I was just curious if anyone had the same problem who was taking the course

Okay - in the future, you should directly mention the portfolio item. You might not know this, but it is (unfortunately) extremely common for people to post questions just like this, and copy off each others work or the like. It's better to make it clear from the start that you aren't trying to cheat, and being specific helps the cause a lot.
