I know this is a random question. "Are working women better mothers".

In my opinion, that is depending on the situation. Is the father there with her supporting her or is she alone? If she is by herself, then working to support her children makes her a better mother. If the father is supporting her, she could still be a good mother to her children by being stay home mother, and by taking care of her kids.
So either way, a mother that takes care of their kids by any means makes them a better woman than those who do not look upon their children. They do not need to be working outside, but they could still be a better mother by staying home, and raising her kids.
