Zip:  What are the instructions for this problem?  Although many of us on OpenStudy could immediately answer my question, I think it'd help you to include instructions.
Where have you seen an expression such as (1-7x)(1+9x) before?  What were you told to do to it?  Hint:  FOIL

The FOIL method is an offshoot of the distributive property, in that you are to distribute each term of one binomial across the other binomial

Yes, after you've done the indicated multiplication, the first term WILL be a 1.  Please use the FOIL method to multiply those two binomials together.
