For example, if you graph y = 3x+5,	versus the graph of y = -3x+5

Draw the line y = 2x.
Then draw the line y = 3x.
In which of these two cases is the angle between the x-axis and the line greater?
How does the slope of the line affect that angle?

Graph y=3x+5.  Then graph y=-3x+5.

What do you think?  Look at your sketch of y=3x+5.  Is the angle FROM the x-axis TO this line positive or negative?
