what does n = in this question n × four-fifths = three-fourths

OpenStudy (anonymous):

15/16

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4/5n = 3/4 (n x 4/5 is the same as 4/5n) now we divide both sides by 4/5 to get n by itself n = (3/4) / (4/5) n = 3/4 * 5/4 n = 15/16 check.. 4/5(15/16) = 3/4 60/80 = 3/4 3/4 = 3/4 (correct) n = 15/16 any questions ?
