SOLVING SYSTEMS OF EQUATIONS IN THREE VARIABLES '''I will also give a medal'' Thanks (1) x+y+z=4 2x-y+z=3 -4x=2y-z=-1 (2) x+y-2z=-10 -4x=-8 3x+y=4

Question 1 seems to have a problem with the 3rd equation. On question 2. Solve for x first in the equation -4x=-8. Once you have done this solve for y in the equation 3x+y=4 by plugging the x value in. Once you have x and y you can solve for z in the top equation by plugging in x and y.
