I have problem in running ( print "H" ) code ... in IDLE it runs but when I want to run it in cmd the window closes just as opens. though, other programs like input_raw(...) run correctly !

Actually, your print is running correctly. input_raw() has to wait for input before the program finishes. print doesn't have to wait. Just for fun, put the print into the input_raw() before the input_raw() and you'll see what I mean.
