2.1 liters is the same as: ???? cm3 and 2100 mL I think I got down the mL part, but the cm3 part confuses me. Can someone explain to me how to do it?

OpenStudy (joannablackwelder):

1 mL = 1 cm^3

OpenStudy (joannablackwelder):

Do you know how to do conversions?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No I don't

This might help: http://www.fao.org/docrep/008/y6018e/y6018e1l.gif It's what you multiply by.

OpenStudy (joannablackwelder):

To convert from mL to cm^3 use the equality I gave you before as a fraction. Remember that anything over itself is equal to 1, so you aren't changing the amount just the unit. 2100 mL (1 cm^3/1 mL)= 2100 cm^3 The mL canceled out, leaving cm^3.
