f(x) = 3.5(1.10^x) where f(x) is the number of millions of people and x is the number of years since 2012. Find f(10). In what year would be the Seattle metro area reach this population? I plugged in 10 for x and the final answer is 9.079. Does this mean that in 2021 the population would reach 10 million because 2021 is 9 years after 2012. Please and thank you!
