Article II establishes the power of the President and the Executive Branch. Section 1 sets the rules of who can become President (natural born citizens). Section 2 establishes that the President is the Commander and Chief of the US Armed Forces. Section 3 states that the President oversees all Federal Law enforcement and appoints embassadors (with congressional approval). The final Section, 4, details how Congress can impeach a President and what offenses would merit such an act.
