How fast should a particle be travelling relative to an experimenter in order to have a measured mass that is 20 time its rest mass?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

m = m' / sqrt(1-v^2/c^2) where m' is rest mass. you want m/m' = 20 , where v is your velocity and c is light's.
