favorable cases = 3 total cases = 12 so P(S)= 3/12

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1/4 right?

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

sorry i had a problem with the connection to OS... and i think it would be 3/12....so simplify that and you get 1/4.

If you roll a 6-sided die 6 times, what is the best prediction possible for the number of times you will roll a two? (1 point) 6 1 2 0

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@kelliegirl33

OpenStudy (perl):

you can roll a 2 in only 1 way , 1 on first die and 1 on second die

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know..........

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am sorry but I am not good at probabilities

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

me neither.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well...if you roll a six sided die six times, that is 36 numbers in total. a 2 can be rolled 6 times. Would that make it 36/6 = 6 ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):
