If the height of a sea gull is shown to follow the function h(t) = 3 sin ( π/8 t) + 15 where t is the seconds and h is in meters, determine the average rate of change for 3 ≤ t ≤ 6. I would love love love it someone could explain rate of change? It's confusing me a lot!
