The higher the concentration on one side, e.g. the more molecules per specific unit of volume, the higher the rate of diffusion. Think about it: if you have a ramp and you have legos at the top and none at the bottom, if you have more legos at the top, the rate of diffusion, or the amount of legos coming down the ramp at a time will be greater. The less legos you have, the less the rate of "diffusion". So try applying that to your question. Hope I helped! :)
