i need help trying to find out how many moles are in a concentration i have 4% (m/v) polyvinyl alcohol dissolved in water and 40 ml of this reactant. I don't even know how to go about this.

4% m/V means that there are 4 grams of solute in 100 mL of solution (hence 4%).
