well you can simplify the equation to 3/2x+6 which would be graph B

The quickest way to see which one is the right line is to find the x and y intercepts of the line 3x-2y=-12. To find the x intercept., let y=0 and then solve for x. Likewise, to find the y intercept, let x=0 and solve for y. Then see which of the lines contain both intercepts. Can you take things from here? :-)
