Is there an option to follow a question? There are some which I would like to learn the answers for but I don't want to post a reply just to be able to find the given question again.

Not any such feature atm. But worth thinking of. I am in favor of also an "unfollow" feature.

Maybe OS considers providing a search function to do the same task.

Kindof. If somebody posts a reply on a question you also replied to, you'll get a notification. And if it's your question and somebody replies to it, same thing.

Ever tried replying and then deleting to see if you still get a notification on updates. Donno if it violates CoC :P
