what's the 11th term of the sequence 2,5,8,11,14

OpenStudy (mathmale):

The slow but reliable way would be to identify how the author got from 2 to 5, 5 to 8, 8 to 11, etc., and then just write out 6 more terms to obtain the 11th term. Another way is to use the formula for arithmetic sequence: l=a+(n-1)d, in which l=last term, a=first term, and n= number of terms.

I tried both methods and got the same result. Would you try this problem yourself and share your results, please?
