Well in cycling, you use mostly your thighs and legs, and they will burn. If younare trying to train for a cycling race, I would do some excercises that strenghten my quads. Thus, it will improve my performance. Excercises such as squats, jumping jacks, lunges, and planks. Also running wouldnt be a bad idea either.
