PLEASE HELP!!!!!! I GIVE MEDALS!!!! The rectangle below has a total perimeter of 125 cm. picture of a rectangle with a width of 5 Write an equation and solve it to find the length of the longer side of the rectangle. 2x + 10 = 125; x = 57.5 cm x + 5 = 125; x = 120 cm 5x = 125; x = 25 cm 25x = 125; x = 5 cm

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Given 2x + 2y =125 and x = 5; 10+2y=125; 2y=115; y=115/2 so one side of the frame is 115/2 cm or 57.5cm
