Please show your work so i can see how you did it Thanks Simplify the following polynomials: (Use the ^ symbol to represent exponents) a) (-2x2 -3x + 7) - (2x3 - 5x + 10) b) (3x - 7) (4x + 5) c) (20x2 + 41x - 9) ÷ (5x - 1)

@Luigi0210 & @mathstudent55 can you guys help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

See a)(-2x2 -3x + 7) - (2x3 - 5x + 10) yoou would first multiply the - (2x3 - 5x + 10) so you get -2x^3+5x-10

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a)-2x^3-2x^2-8x-3 b) 12x^2-13x-35 c) 4x+9

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-2x^2 -3x + 7-2x^3+5x-10 then combine like term and you end up with -2x^3-2x^2-8x-3 like princepes said

OpenStudy (anonymous):

c) distribute the division sign, then it is (20x^2)/(5x-1) + (41x)/(5x-1) - 9/(5x-1), then simplify.

for b its easier to draw it
