What impact did the appeasement policy of the unitade states, britain, and France have on german aggression?

I think it encouraged more aggression. It gave Germany sense that they wouldn't meet any challenges from the US/UK/France, so Germany felt it was entitled to expand and went on to do so with increased aggression because it felt it could.
