Mostly 3) ...because when the skater goes up the ramp ,,,,momentarily....stays at rest for a very short time in the air ..having a maximum gravitational potential energy,,,when he falls back, he accelerates down the ramp(velocity increases ,hence Kinetic energy also increases ) + thermal energy may also increase due to the collision and work done by friction....(When contacting surfaces move relative to each other, the friction between the two objects converts kinetic energy into thermal energy, or heat. )
