for the first one, you are just graphing the f(x) and then that f(x) + 2 implies that the graph is shifting up by 2 units.

for the second one...hmmm there's a reflection... that's what the negative sign is for..the number...I'm not sure if it's a shrinking graph or a stretching graph. It's one of those two. It has something to do with the number. if it's less than 1 it's something and if it's greater than 1 it's something...shrinking or stretching... kind of forgot but it's one of them
