When a person is trying to eat healthy, he or she should stay away from?

But here's my answer: They must not eat greasy foods, fried foods, candy, and sugar, mayo, chips, trans fats, hydrogenated oil, soda, and fast food restaurants. Fruits are the exception because they have healthy "Natural Sugars" in them, but don't over due fruits either. Try eating natural whole grains, veggies, some dairy, and some fruit. But you can eat everything in moderation. Like you can eat a piece of candy if you have not had some in a very long time. Hope this helps!
