How can one person keep there goals of being healthy?
1) get support from family and friends 2) write encouraging sticky notes and reminders around the house 3) Get in the kitchen! Cook healthy meals they love

But here is my answer: They can keep their goals by: Getting courage from family and friends. Often if they hear others encouraging them, they will continue to be healthy. Go to the gym with friends. If people go to the gym with other people they know, they will talk with them, and have a great time. They can also talk about issues of their own and have the rest of the group help them. Do NOT go to fast food restaurants, or maybe just restraunts in general. Fast food restaurants serve really greasy and fattening foods. Go walk or run with friends for at least hour each day (Or every weekend or a prefered day.). This is a fun activity to do with friends, as you can talk about the stuff of your choice while getting exercise at the same time. Hope this helps :)!
@ ineedhelpfast999 that does help...this was not for school..i was just talking to my old health teacher about how good i was doing with being healthy because i was like if im taking health then why not become healthy but then a couple years ago i went from 150 to alittle over 200 pounds in just one summer i felt bad and i felt i couldnt do anything anymore but now im back down to about 168 and i feel alot better but its hard to get the courage to do anything when people around me call me fat still..
