Can you check my answers? (pic) 1. Name all the segments - PQ, PS,PR, PT, TR, RQ, ST, SR, PR, QR 2. Name four rays with endpoint T - PT, ST, QT, RT 3. Give two other names for <1 - line 1, ?? 4. Name the rays that form the sides of <2 - PS, SQ
# 1) You are missing QS and QT. # 2) Because T is the endpoint, this means that T must come first in the letter pairing. Saying PT implies that P is the starting point and the ray passes through T and continues on forever. So you have to say TP instead. The same goes for the other rays you've listed. You should have this: TP, TS, TQ, TR # 3) Any angle can be named by the 3 points that lie on it (just make sure the vertex is in the middle). So angle 1 has its vertex at point T. The other two points on it is P and Q. So we could say this angle is either PTQ or QTP. # 4) SQ works but PS doesn't work because the ray is pointing in the wrong direction. SP works though.
Thank you so much for the response!
