Read the following passage from “Flowers for Algernon, Part 1”: April 15 Miss Kinnian says Im lerning fast. She read some of the Progress Reports and she looked at me kind of funny. She says Im a fine person and Ill show them all. I asked her why. She said never mind but I shouldnt feel bad if I find out that everybody isnt nice like I think. She said for a person who god gave so little to you done more then a lot of people with brains they never even used. I said all my frends are smart people but there good. They like me and they never did anything that wasnt nice.
Then she got something in her eye and she had to run out to the ladys room. Why does Miss Kinnian run out to the ladies’ room? (1 point) She got something in her eye and has to leave to clean it out. She is crying because she is happy about how smart Charlie is becoming. She is crying because she is upset over the way Charlie’s coworkers treat him. She is frustrated with Charlie and makes an excuse for leaving.
I think this answer is A(the first one)
The answer is C. Charlie's perception of reality is different from actual reality. Miss Kinnian knows the truth. A is a trap! Don't fall for it. :)
Yup, C.
