What is the relationship of the second statement to the first? If you have spots on your body, you don’t have mumps. You don’t have mumps if you have spots on your body.

they both mean the same thing, but the first one starts with dependent clause and finishes with independent clause the second one starts with independent clause and finishes with dependent clause
