What's the problem?
Find the lengths of the sides of a triangle with vertices: (0,0), (5,0), and (5,12)
One is 5 units, one is 12 units, and the other is 13 units. This is because you already know that 5 and 12 are answers so you can use the Pythagorean theorem. 5^2+12^2=c^2 which is 13. |dw:1389837049176:dw|
