Technology affects my daily life all the time, mostly in a convenient way.

The electronic alarm clock to wake me before the sun does;

The electric blanket I toss back when I get out of bed keeps me warm at night;

The electronic automatic coffee maker I get my morning coffee from allows me to wake up to fresh coffee;

The electronic fuel injection and electronic ignition enables the vehicle I drive to work to start quickly;

The computer I use at work enables me to write documents quickly, draft maps quickly, research information quickly, etc.;

The television and speaker system allow me to view movies without having to go to a movie theater.

There's just too many examples to list.

Np. It's beneficial to our daily lives because technology has improved our way of living, security and communication with other people. Technology helps us with communication with computer, emails, and phones. It also helps with the security with cameras, and scientific protocols to help us discover the criminals. But it some ways, the technology is harmful because of internet addiction, Teenagers, (like me xD) can get addicted and lose social interest and exercise. <====
