What set of numbers is reasonable for the temperatures on a winters day? A irrational numbers B whole numbers C integers D rational numbers

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is either B or C but I dont know what to pick... It keeps getting to below 0 across much of the USA so I just dont know

A irrational numbers are not reasonable as you would not say that it is \[\pi \] degrees out there. B and C are exactly the same thing. And it can be debated that it is reasonable. As you might say it is 3.5 degrees out there. D is totally fine. SO I would accept B/C/D

Well I dont know much about D, becauseyou wouldnt ever say its 34.5 degrees out... and D allows for that while B and C are only whole numbers... Ill just tell my teacher its either B or C lol

Thanks for the insight :D
