An animal cell is growing and is active. The cell is going through which subphase of interphase?

OpenStudy (beccaboo333):

The three substages of interphase is G1, S, and G2. G1 is the growth phase where the cell will produce the cytoplasm organisms and will synthesize the proteins. The S phase is the synthesis phase where the cell copies the chromosomes while growing. The last phase is the G2 phase where the cell starts to assemble the spindle. ~ask This should help you figure out which one.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

G1 phase is the subphase where the cell grows until it becomes too large to preform normal daily activity, and will be sent to the S phase.
