I would assume anything from the class during the semester would be a good idea. Start with that. Then pick the main motif, make a thesis out of it, (including 3 subtopics to discuss) and analyze it. Example:

The Hunger Games.
What kind of symbolism is involved? Why did the writer do that? How did the writer show that?

Include 1-2 quotes from whatever literature you're analyzing in each paragraph to support your analysis.

The Hunger Games uses (insert literary tool here) by (insert 3 different subtopic points here). Then base each paragraph off of a point you made in your thesis
