Could this be consider an Elegy poem?? please need some help

Who’s concern

If I cry out
Who will listen
If cream and shout
What’s the reason
If I say my heart
What’s the point
Am stuck like a dart
Removing me is no point
They said I needed fresh start
But I really needed a kick start
Better yet I needed your guidance
Now am here in this malicious new world
The cause to all my grievance
Every day am endeavoring not to fall apart
But it’s who’s concern
