Show the steps on how to do this. Part 2: Show the equivalent system has the same solution as the original system of equations

ummmm.... so what is it asking us to do? and are (-3x+7y=-16) and (-9x+5y=16) two different equations in the systtem? or is it something else? sorry... i'm making sure before i tell you something wrong.
