Solve the problem. There are 6 members on a board of directors. If they must elect a chairperson, a secretary, and a treasurer, how many different slates of candidates are possible?

These are combinations of six things taken three at a time with the added variability of who takes which position after the three are chosen, so 6C3 times 3!, I think. nCr = n!/r!(n-r)!
