Help me please? ♡ True or false? Based only on the given information, it is guaranteed that AB is perpendicular to CD. (Will give medal, pic below)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well, because angle a and angle b are equal, which makes it an equalateral triangle... meaning that lines ac and bc are equal, doesn't make it certian that line cd is perpendicular unless it shows a 90 degree angle where it is perpendicular.. FALSE

*thank you

what about this? D:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in that case it is true, can you see why?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No, could you explain? :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

from w to x is the same distance as x to y also w to z is equal to z to w so that line straight down the middle can't be crooked.. try to imagine it being crooked and see that those disdances won't be equal anymore
