may i ask what grade this is for?

Find the value of \[\tan (\alpha-\beta) \] if \[\cos \alpha =-\frac{ 3 }{ 5 }\] \[\sin \beta=\frac{ 5 }{ 13 }\] \[90degrees<\alpha<180degrees\] \[90degrees<\beta<180degrees\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just do cos^-1(-3/5) to find alpha, and sin^-1(5/13) to find beta. Then compute tan(alpha-beta)
