For the first two sides we can just read them right off the chart. 5 and 12. For the hypotenuse we can use the Puthagorean Therom since this is a right triangle: \[c=\sqrt{a^{2}+b^{2}}\]\[c=\sqrt{5^{2}+12^{2}}\]\[c=\sqrt{25+144}\]\[c=\sqrt{169}\]\[c=13\]
