1) It's referring to one, then you.
2) It's talking about Jill being sick, then malnourished 3) It's talking about going on, but then 'for' a drive
So for number 2 its wanting you to replace she with Jill?
No the noun is correct, it's the ill and malnourished that are not parallel. Because the sentence says 'not only', they should be the same thing. So I guess don't use 'not only'. I think it's something like: Jill is ill from lack of sleep and malnourished from a poor diet.
