What's the question? You've given us information, but not what you need to solve.

Perhaps you are to decide what mileage represents the breakeven point in comparison of the costs of the two cars. cost1 = 21500 + 0.32 m where m is number of miles driven cost 2 = etc. set them equal to find m for which they cost the same. Then you know which to buy if you drive less than m or more than m.
