I believe it is A. B is definitely not correct because there are lots of single celled organisms. A is a definite yes, so I just eliminated C and D. But if you don't really understand why it's A, then reread your lesson or notes. I agree with @InYourHead , you will either fail or come close to failing biology since this is just the foundation, if even that. I would ask your teacher for help, or reread the lessons if you have trouble. If that doesn't help, then do some research. If that still doesn't help, THEN I recommend asking on here about the topic you don't understand and someone will most likely put it in a simpler form.
