Should the harvesting of krill in the Antarctic region continue to be restricted, or should fisheries all over the world be allowed to harvest krill at any rate they choose?

Krill are the base of the marine food chain for many species. Harvest should be stopped now and never allowed to start again. If not, in the not too distant further many species of fish will start disappearing from the seas.
