Well, i don't know if this is the right place to ask this but... I am going to start doing exercise and work on my Abs and Arms. Im skinny (not ugly skinny), didn't had a good eating habit before. Ate once in 48 hours. But now Im starting to eat more so got worried that I will turn into a fatty. So decided to start exercising. Today I did 100 whatever they call it on a exercise machine (picture attached). Did 50 once and then after rest did 50 again. After completing the 100 i did 5 push ups (lol those are hard) and then did 50 wall push ups. After all this, my arms were dead.
Is this enough for a day? If it is, then how long will it take for my 6 packs to appear? :3 Ofcourse i will increase exercise as days pass and my muscles become stronger...
Oh, and this is the exercise machine...

Hi, You want to do routines. Workout your mid one day, legs the other day, and chest another day. Wait 72 hours before working out a major muscle group again. Remember, a good body is made 30% in the gym and 70% in the kitchen. If you're not eating right then you won't see any gains. Get at least 200 grams of protein in your system a day.
If you work out alot and have horrible eating habits then all of your working out would be for the birds. So keep a balanced view about your daily meals and work out an appropriate amount and you should be fine ^_^ keep calm and health on!
