The balloon descends at the rate of 85 feet per minute. In x minutes, the balloon would have descended 85*x feet. The initial height was 1020 feet. Therefore, the height y after x minutes will be: y = 1020 - 85x
I dont really know what the question asks, but the equation of time relative to height should be h = 1020-(85*t)
