Can someone explain why I am receiving this?

Whenever I try to visit google.co.in - I receive this (see the attachment). Although I can still access google.com

Also did someone try to download Adobe stuff (Flash, Shockwave, Reader etc) recently. It is keeping me in a loop and wont let me download/update plugins.

Reset modem and computer. You'll be back to normal.
