@jdoe0001 Help?

@Grumpy 1. Measure of a central angle in degrees. The measure of each central angle is 6 degrees, assuming that the cabins are equally spaced and that there are 60 cabins. 360 degrees in a circle and then divide that by 60 to get 6 degrees per central angle.

Directrix (directrix):

2. Measure of central angle in radians. To convert degrees to radians. 6 degrees is to 360 degrees as x is to 2*π*r where r = 153m/2 where the diameter of the wheel is 153 m. 6/360 = x/ [ 2*π*(153/2) ] @Grumpy Post what you get when you crank out the value of x. Then, we can compare answers, okay?

Directrix (directrix):

3. Area of a sector between two seats. For this, I think we'll need the formula: 6 degrees is to 360 degrees as y is to π*r² where y is the area of the sector.
