How to compute this sum?
\[\sum_{k=m}^{m+N-M}k\frac{{M \choose {m-1}}{{N-M}\choose {k-m}}}{{N \choose {k-1}}}\frac{M-m+1}{N-k+1} \] for \(N>M>m\)
