writing equations in forms, please help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@nikato can you please help me?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

m = y1 - y2 / x1 - x2 :-)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

m = (1 - 4) / (-3 - 5)... solve :-)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

could you write it in a more thorough way though like this but Point-slope form: y - y1 = m (x - x1) y - y1 = -3/8 (x - x1) y – 1 =(-3/8) x (x-5) (answer)

OpenStudy (nikato):

Yes, that would be the point slope form^ Now distribute the -3/8 on ur right side
